I need some advice on how to get ripped?

i want to get abbs and muscles what can i do tell me what kind of substances to use like whey or crieatine but plz tell me somthin that works, what to eat what i cant eat and a workout planI need some advice on how to get ripped?

You should definitely use whey protein everyday before you workout. After that you stretch.Then do 4 sets of 25(100) pushup's.In between each interval you need to do 25 situp's.Keep swithching out at the intervals and when you're through, do about 20 curls with however much you think you can lift.As time passes you need to add on wieght to everything you lift.Then you should do 5 reps of however much you can bench.Repeat the whole process over 3 times.(except for the push-up's and sit-up's) and you'll get ripped in no time. Do this 5 days a week.

take protein and creatine (take whey, optimum nutrition gold is best imo.)


protein will help u recover faster and build better mass, while creatine lets ug et the most out of ur workout, and makes ul ook bigger too(known as the cheap man steroids) but doesnt have side effects like steroids.only advice is go 3 weeks on 1 week off on creatine. In terms of working out workout 5 days a week at the gym. do chest and tri's,back and bi's, legs and abs, shoulders and lats, and last day start over with watever ur wanting to build the most. For mass u need low reps(about 5) and high weight.


for abs u need to lose the fat on ur stomach, so do cardio in the beginning or end of ur owrkout.


for eating jsut eat anything healthy, b ut a high protein diet, and get ur veggies and carbs for energy. lastly u need about 3000 calories i'd say for mass, or more, and u need about half a gallon of water a day
