Yea, don't over do it on the coffee, pace yourself, set up a plan of what you want to accomplish tonight! If you do a lil of this and a lil of that, you will get confused, and you will not get anything productive done.





What is most important?


Can it be done tonight?


Do I have what I need?





Oh and dont foget the Pizza...
Plan better and work on stuff ahead of time so you don't have to pull an all-nighter.

then i suggest you switch it off

Starbucks can be your best friend =) If you drink any coffee (or energy) drinks, get low/no sugar, and high carb ones. Sugar will cause you to crash, and carbs take longer to digest. Also, try eating something like a granola bar every other hour or so.

The best way to pull this off is sleep in the morning, Wake up with a good meal , try taking ginseng, it boost up your stamina and keeps you going. To much caffeine is actually dangerous and can cause an opposite effect. Hope this helps you.





For me it comes easy since I have narcolepsy.
Yeah, do your work monday to friday! The weekend is for drinking!
Zip Fizz. Only place I've seen it is costco. It's all vitamins, no caffeine. Very healthy. The energy comes from the massive amount of b12. It works very well. I drink one a day and have tons of energy and just plain feel good all the time. And never a shaky caffeine high or crash.

Well, I would definately get out of here or you could get trapped and then you wouldn't get any work done....but we'd all love you for spending time with us.

I did that last night. It was pretty hard but i managed to get some homework done. Listen to some soft music, drink some coffee, and sit at a desk with the light about as high as your head. this way the light keeps you awake.
get a large mug, fill it with three espressos and some cocoa... avoid eating lots of wheat cause food makes you sleepy, and avoid beer or wine...
