I'm 15,and active in sports.I would like to wear tampons,although it isn't necessary.i have tried putting a tampon in many times,but it just won't go in,or at least the right way.Is this normal?I've tried the slim fits and they barely go in,the bigger ones won't.How can i get it in?Any advice?I can't get a Tampon in?Advice?
What u do is u sit on the edge of the toilet with ur legs spread open. Relax. Putthe applicator in ur vagina untill u meet resistance. Then press the button on the applicator. Take it out (the applicator) and throw it away. It will be very wierd untill u get used to it. That might take a while.

you have to break through it to insert a tampon comfortably. yours must be a little lower than everyone else's (same here. uggghhh.)
you just need to break through it, which hurts. that's why i haven't done it. i'm gonna have the doctor break it for me.
Before you put it in, put the applicator in your mouth for a few minutes to get it slick with your saliva. That might help you push it in a little easier. Spread your legs as wide as you can, as well, and try to relax.
first off it you are using cardboard that is your problem right there. Be sure to get a gentle glide tampon you may want to get some personal lubricant and put a little on the applicator so that it is easier to get in. You will get the hang of it...it takes some practice.
If you are dry when you try to insert the tampon, it will be very difficult. Try it during a heavy flow. Also, look at the directions on the box, it will show you what position to be in during insertion.

i never used one until i became sexually active.so ur hymen has 2 b broken.u can get a doc 2 do it.
well make sure you are tense because then it makes it harder.
You are angling it toward your lower back right?
