I am 13 Years old and don't have fat on my stomach but just want advice on how to get a six-pack in no time?

I would like people to tell me a fast but effective way to get a six-packI am 13 Years old and don't have fat on my stomach but just want advice on how to get a six-pack in no time?
Do different types of crunches. Don't do sit-ups, they are bad for your neck and spine.


Crunches - 5 sets to failure


Lying Leg Lifts - 5 sets to failure


Side Crunches - 5 sets to failure


Reverse Crunches - 2 sets to failure


Pull up Crunches - 3 sets to failure





You will also need to do some cardio as well. I never got a six pack from soley working my abs, I got it from running about 2-5 miles three times a week. If you are going to go running, make sure you have good running shoes and try to run on a track (don't run on concrete it is very bad for you).I am 13 Years old and don't have fat on my stomach but just want advice on how to get a six-pack in no time?
I guess u need time unless u are really going hardcore for it. It took me 2-3 mths b4 the packs shown up. I do pumpings, sit-ups and skippings everyday. 100, 150 and 150 of them respectively. But theres no hurry for you as you are still young ;)
one matter what anyone says ,,their is no quick way to do it, Just do sit-ups and crunches. It will take 2-3 months for you to notice a diffrence. work hard and don't quit.
do 100 situps daily for about 3 weeks. ur abs ul be ripped
