i cant get over it please help its so painfull, i feel like i cant live without him and my life is over, i never knew pain like this existed, also i would be so scared of ever being with a man again. i hate being alone im so scared of being alone it terrifies me.Whats the best advice for getting over a broken heart?

I'm in the exact same spot.
What i do is just throw myself into my job/schoolwork
Hang out with people who make you happy and take your mind off of it
turn to your family for support
do things that make you happy.
and if it starts getting to be too much, just sleep for a bit, or listen to music!

Same with me (a boy) for six months. It has progressed so bad with me that I am cutting myself. It can be worse. But hope helps. I lost my hope, but if you keep it, then it will help you.
:( poor girl..uh, get with some friends and talk bad about him. :D or, indulge yourself in some dove chocolate and swedish fish. or, ask him fi you guys could just stay friends and talk.
