Ok, its all a series of little steps. Go as fast or slow as you want to with these steps. But this is assuming you want a good relationship, not a one nighter, to be blunt. Theres a few variations though, like if you go to school with her, see her occassionally, or if she just passed you by in the mall. If its the last one, forget it, she'll think you're just looking for a one night stand. At least that what I thought when a random guy tried to pick me up in the mall. xD But then again he came on really strong..


I'm going with the first two variations here:


Next time you see her alone, talk to her! Its cool if you come up with a few topics before hand. It could be as simple as ';Hey! Your so and so, right?'; and go from there. Give this a few tries, if it doesn't click (you can't get more than a few words out of her and its increasingly awkward/difficult, forget it. She's clearly not interested or interesting.


Next, invite her to a party you or a close friend is having, with a lot of people so its not a date or anything. Just tell her she's invited and she should go.


If she goes, good. Invite her to more things. It could get more exclusive as it goes on. (less people, only your closest friends and her, so on)


If she goes to all this, and she smiles at you a lot and comes up to you to talk, she most likely is interested, so ask her out. The end. =]
